Arrival and departure :

We will welcome you from 4pm owards, or earlier if possible. Please ask when you book. Access to the rooms will be according to availability. On your day of departure the rooms must be vacated at 11:00 am at the latest.

Method of payment :

Cash, bank payment card, bank transfer.

Guarantee/Payment :

Réservations on line : Your credit card serves as a guarantee to confirm the reservation but it will not be charged. Payment at the guest house after your arrival. – Pre-bookings (phone or form) : guarantee when a deposit of 30% of the total is paid, the minimum being one night per room reserved (this deposit is payable by bank transfer or credit card) Tax : The rates shown include VAT. Stay tax and/or local tax may be charged at check-in.

Cancellation policy :

Cancellation deadlines : in case of no-show or cancellations as fellows Up to 14 days before : 0%;  less than 14 days before : – 50%;  no-show : – 100% Prepayment : 50% of the total price in the 14 days before arrival. Interruption of stay In case of early termination of the stay, there will be no refund and the total amount of the stay will be due.

CHANGES TO OUR GTC IN THE FACE OF THE HEALTH CRISIS

Under the given circumstances, you pay only when you check in (no advance payment will be required) and usual cancellation conditions won’t implement, if you tell us early enough.

If Covid 19 is suspected on arrival or during the stay, we reserve the right to require you to immediately consult a doctor. If his diagnosis validates the suspicion of Covid 19, your stay will be canceled and you will have to pay the price of the nights spent before leaving the establishment; no indemnity or damage can be claimed.

If We, the owners were obliged to cancel your stay (total or partial) due to an event beyond our control (serious and / or contagious disease type Covid-19, serious injury, death, of one or / and the other of the owners) intervened between the reservation and end of stay dates, no compensation or damage can be claimed.
